I accept credit card and Paypal. Payment is expected upon ordering and items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
My items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is made to order or a custom item, turnaround time could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the same day of shipment.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International with delivery confirmation for specific countries. Please note that, as the buyer, you will be responsible for any custom and duty fees that may be incurred. I will not mark your package as a gift or declare a lower value.

All orders are packaged with care, ready to gift or keep for yourself! If you are purchasing an item as a gift, I will be more than happy to include a personalized message or gift tag to the recipient. Just leave a note at checkout with your message!
NOTE: I am unable to accept returns or refunds on custom items unless the item arrives damaged. All discounted items are final sale. Thank you for understanding.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me at email@example.com, within 3 days of receiving an item and we can discuss a suitable option. Refunds/exchanges will not be given after 3 days.
I will exchange eligible items or refund your money in full, less the cost of shipping, once the item has been returned to me in its original condition. Note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and delivery confirmation must be included with the return shipment. If returned items arrive damaged, refunds/exchanges will not be given. If an item is exchanged, the cost of shipping the new item will also be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that I am only able to offer exchanges for items already available in my shop.
Please understand that I no longer have control over an item once it has left my hands, but I will do my best to accommodate you if an item is lost or damaged. If this occurs, a refund or exchange may be given.
If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage, including the outer and inner packaging, and immediately email me at hana@quietclementine@com. Further action will be discussed at that time.
