I accept payment via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payment options can be found at the bottom of my website and at checkout.
BUY NOW, PAY LATER WITH SHOP PAY
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.

3. Choose to pay in 4 installments.
Your first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.

Are there late fees? No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
How do returns work with Shop Pay Installments? If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
• A smaller payment balance on the final payment
• Less future payments on the remaining loan balance
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
Which payment methods are accepted if I use this option? The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

My items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is made to order or a custom item, turnaround time could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Shipping overages of $3 or more will be refunded.
Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the day of shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Canada only at this time)
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the day of shipment but will only be updated on the USPS website until the package has left the country. In some countries, you can input your tracking number on your countries' postal service website for more updates.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES
International orders are subject to import duties/taxes upon arrival at destination and varies by country. As the buyer, you will be responsible for any custom and duty fees that may be incurred. These fees are charged by each country and I have no control over them. If you refuse to pay import taxes, the package will be returned to me. Upon receipt of the returned package, you will receive a refund for the value of the item, minus the cost of shipping.

All orders are packaged with care, ready to gift or keep for yourself! If you are purchasing an item as a gift, I will be more than happy to include a personalized message or gift tag to the recipient. Just leave a note at checkout with your message!
NOTE: Please note that all jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless an item arrives damaged. I am unable to accept returns or refunds on custom items unless the item arrives damaged. All discounted items are final sale. Thank you for understanding.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 5 days of receiving an item and we can discuss a suitable option. Refunds/exchanges will not be given after 5 days.
I will exchange eligible items or refund your money in full, minus the cost of shipping, once the item has been returned to me in its original condition. Note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and delivery confirmation must be included with the return shipment. If returned items arrive damaged, refunds/exchanges will not be given. If an item is exchanged, the cost of shipping the new item will also be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that I am only able to offer exchanges for items already available in my shop.
If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage, including the outer and inner packaging, and immediately email me at hana@quietclementine@com. Further action will be discussed at that time.
Please understand that I no longer have control over an item once it has left my hands, but I will do my best to accommodate you if an item is lost or damaged. If this occurs, a refund or exchange may be given. Once a package has been marked as delivered, I am unable to offer a refund.
