RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Please note that all jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless an item arrives damaged. I am unable to accept returns or refunds on custom items unless the item arrives damaged. All discounted items are final sale.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me at email@example.com, within 5 days of receiving an item and we can discuss a suitable option. Refunds/exchanges will not be given after 5 days.
I will exchange eligible items or refund your money in full, minus the cost of shipping, once the item has been returned to me in its original condition. Note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and delivery confirmation must be included with the return shipment. If returned items arrive damaged, refunds/exchanges will not be given. If an item is exchanged, the cost of shipping the new item will also be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that I am only able to offer exchanges for items already available in my shop.
If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage, including the outer and inner packaging, and immediately email me at hana@quietclementine@com. Further action will be discussed at that time.
Please understand that I no longer have control over an item once it has left my hands, but I will do my best to accommodate you if an item is lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, a refund or exchange may be given.
